Account Executive
You will develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, assess client needs, and recommend the best insurance solutions to meet their requirements. You will explain policy details and coverage options clearly and easily. You will handle client inquiries and address any concerns or questions. You will stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and regulations. You will collaborate with the internal team to ensure seamless service delivery while achieving and exceeding monthly/quarterly sales goals.
Account Manager
You are our customers’ first point of contact, assisting them with their insurance inquiries, policy changes, claims processing, and general questions. Your role will involve building strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.
Front Desk
As a Front Desk Officer, you will play a crucial role as our organization’s first point of contact. Your friendly and professional demeanor will set the tone for everyone entering our premises. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing incoming calls, and performing various administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the office.
